Building relationships.

We pride ourself in developing and maintaining outstanding rapport, confidentiality and candor with every candidate we work with. The long-standing relationships we enjoy with many clients are potentially important to advancing your personal career interests.

How our search process works with you.
I • Your Resume
If we have identified you as a potential candidate or you have expressed interest in a given assignment, we will ask for your most up-to-date resume.  The following should be included in your resume:
  • Current up-to-date career information
  • Including office locations and date ranges
  • Brief 1-2 sentence synopsis of each company
  • Your role and accomplishments for each position
  • Educational degrees and graduation dates
  • Any other information you feel could be valuable
  • Cover letter with compensation breakdown
  • If you have a non-compete please let us know.
Prior to initiating our search process, most of our clients have already determined what defines their ideal candidate. While we work closely with the client to refine the candidate archetype, we also encourage them to think outside the box. Some resumes will just not be a fit, given client’s needs. If that is the case, we will politely and openly discuss any such issues with you.

II • The Personal Interview
If your resume indicates to us that you could be a solid fit for our client, the next step will be an in-person / video interview with us. Prior to this interview, we will have met with the client and developed a good sense of their corporate culture. A face-to-face interview with you will give us the opportunity to ascertain your unique personal qualities as well as unique skill-sets.

During the interview we want to hear first-hand what you’ve accomplished, where you see your career going and how your professional goals would be best accomplished.
III • Reference Checking
As part of our commitment to our clients, we are required to conduct candidate reference checks. You will be asked to provide contacts (references) that have a good understanding of your skill-sets and personality... i.e. prior managers, peers, direct reports and business colleagues.

Additionally, we are also required to verify all educational degrees that you put forth on your resume.  Under strict confidentiality, you will be asked to provide information that will allow us to find your record of attendance(s). You can alternatively choose to provide us with official copies of your diploma(s) as alternate verification.
IV • Client Presentations
Once our interviews are successfully completed we provide a formal report, also known as a “Short List”, of the best fitting candidates for our client.  The detailed report employs a consistent format for all candidates, to ensure uniformity and objective consideration, enabling the client to focus on what matters most, you.
V • Client Interviews
Upon our client’s approval, we work with them to schedule personal interviews with you.  Every client has a unique way of going about the interviewing process.  This is your opportunity to impress and demonstrate to them what you bring to the table.

VI • Client Offer
Congratulations! You have made the final cut.  At this point, we work with the client to help clarify your compensation requirements and consult with them on a salary package.  The client will be responsible for crafting an appropriate offer letter and will submit it directly.
